The year 2013 ended on an exciting note and to celebrate the year, we all headed out to Evergreen Park on Kiambu Road in Nairobi. We played lots of games, ate well, talked about peer pressure and prayed together. Each child was given a Christmas gift pack for their parent/guardian. We thank God.

Activities and Discussions

The day was filled with engaging activities designed to foster bonding and personal growth among the children:

  • Interactive Games: We organized various team-building exercises that not only entertained but also strengthened bonds among the attendees.
  • Peer Pressure Dialogue: A significant portion of the day was dedicated to an open discussion on peer pressure. Participants shared personal experiences and strategies to navigate challenging social situations, promoting resilience and informed decision-making.
  • Spiritual Reflection: We concluded with a collective prayer session, expressing gratitude for the year’s blessings and seeking guidance for the future.

Gift Distribution

In the spirit of giving, each child received a Christmas gift pack intended for their parent or guardian, symbolizing appreciation and reinforcing family bonds.
